I had wanted to visit this lighthouse for years and finally got the chance in the spring of 2019 during a long weekend away to Roscoff.

The stunning Austrian style church sits below Northern Italy's Dolomites in the sweeping hills of South Tyrol, Val Di Funes

It was a very overcast and misty day but luckily the sky cleared just entering the blue hour to get this image with a pink hue lightening up the cold mist.

Bled is a must visit for anyone visiting Slovenia, the church can be Photographed from almost 360 degrees giving you lots of unique compositions, however, I liked this one due to the small church to the left of the frame and the peaks in the background. Lake Bled is a place I plan to visit many times again :)

The stunning Manarola lies on Italy's Cinque Terre coast and is one of five, of the famous old fishing villages, now a tourist destination with lots of shops and restaurants.

This image was taken approx 15mins after sunset with the golden hue of the sun hitting the village.

The unique Ponte dei salti Roman bridge lies in Switzerland not far from the Italian border.

The water here is a stunning Teal blue, the colours in this image are not boosted and are natural to the scene. This is a very busy tourist location and despite a number of people walking on the bridge, a 16min long exposure removed them from the scene.

This image includes the famous boathouse, most of my time here was cloudy but midday I got enough light to spend a good day walking around this beautiful location.

This image was taken during a brief driveby and look at the stunning town of Florence, which is the capital of Italy's Tuscany region.

The Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore, was lite by the beautiful golden light of the sun making for this stunning image, including the famous bell tower.

Northern Italy's Lago di Carezza is surrounded by the Dolomite ranges but it was so misty you could barely see past the tree's, However, the vibrant green UNESCO lake still didn't disappoint, and the mist coming over the rees gave a unique cold hue to the treetops.

Rome's Roman Colosseum is a must-visit, the stunning architecture that is so old but still stands today is a testament to the building abilities of the Romans.

Rome is like many capitals and is very busy with tourists, hence i used a long exposure to add some movement to the sky and the people in the scene, which I feel gives the image a sense of time and movement which goes hand in hand with the age of the colosseum.

The unique Aletsch glacier is the largest on The alps, at over 23km long and 1km wide, its lies in a valley just above Fiesch.

It was mid-day so out came the black and white images which really show the contrast between the light, clouds, mountains and ice.

Cologne is a city I would love to spend a few days in, the river front is stunning with iconic buildings such as the Cathedral and railway bridge..

However I only had time for a brief stop of and wanted this image, Black and white worked well due to this sun setting behind the Cathedral.

I had wanted to visit the church of St Primoz at Slovenia's Jamnik for some time, in fact, it was one of my main reasons to visit Slovenia and Photograph this church set among the beautiful Julian Alps, I am glad I did as I got this stunning sunrise and set over the church whilst the sky was on fire.

If you are anywhere near Pisa be sure to visit, not just for the iconic tower itself but for the stunning marble-clad cathedral.

Be warned however you might spend hours trying to line up some odd selfie shots.

St Paul's isn't as famous as Strasbourg Cathedral but its composition and Gothic architecture make it a dream for Photographers.

Strasbourg is a stunning city and another place I could spend several days Photographing.
